    SCAM.I'd give this place 0 if I could. Every time my boyfriend and I go in and order ice coffees they always try to charge the second one as a cold brew, the first time we went we assumed it was a mistake but we've been there 4 times and every time we have ordered our two ice coffees they make this same "mistake" check your order before paying because they try to up charge you for a cold brew even if you didn't order it. Scam

    One of my least favorite Dunkins to go to. Multiple bad experiences between getting my order wrong on different occasions to arguing with the workers there about a simple bacon egg and cheese sandwich because I can't have egg due to my allergies. I don't think it's too much to request no eggs especially when I've asked every other Dunkin I've been to and they've done it no problem.

    This location changed owners recently and the service and quality has gone way down. The new owners cannot speak English AT ALL! They mess up the orders, fill the cup to the brim with ice (you get about an ounce of coffee when you order an iced coffee).
    I've seen many customers walk out angry and dissatisfied with this Dunkin' Donuts location on Main St in Chatham.

    You are better off going to the Dunkin' Donuts on Shunpike Rd. in Chatham, next to Shop Rite.

    Went there and ordered three coffees and trying to redeem a free coffee. He uses it on the cheapest coffee (small black coffee) instead of my large iced. It's only a matter of a couple dollars but POOR customer service. When I asked why they took it off that one he said it's because it's the first one I ordered. I asked for the large iced. He just shrugged his shoulders. Just leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Will avoid this Dunkin from now on
